Privacy Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective June 5, 2026

Early-access policy. Performance Vue is currently offered as an early-access product in private pilot. This policy is updated from time to time as the product matures — material changes will be notified as described below. To ask a privacy question or exercise a data right, contact info@performancevue.com.

1. Who we are

Performance Vue LLC, a Texas limited liability company, is the data controller for personal information processed through Performance Vue. Our registered office is 3751 Main St., Suite 600 #167, The Colony, TX 75056.

2. What we collect

We collect three categories of information:

3. How we use information

We use your information to:

We do not sell your information. We do not use your Customer Data to train artificial-intelligence models for the benefit of other customers, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies, analytics, and your choices

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage items to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as your theme choice). These are required for the service to function.

For optional web analytics we use Google Analytics 4 — but analytics does not run unless you opt in. When you first visit our pages, a consent banner asks whether to allow analytics. If you decline (or simply dismiss nothing and never accept), no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of this page.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a decline and do not load analytics or show you the consent banner.

5. Sub-processors and service providers

We rely on a small number of carefully selected vendors to operate the service:

Each of these vendors has its own privacy and security commitments. We share with them only the information necessary for them to perform their function.

6. Third-party integrations you connect

When you connect a third-party system (such as QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, or Stripe) to Performance Vue, you authorize us to fetch data from that system on your behalf within the scope you grant. We store the access tokens issued by those systems in encrypted form in AWS Secrets Manager. You may revoke this access at any time from your Performance Vue dashboard or directly within the third-party system.

For Customer Data fetched from systems you connect, you (or your organization) are the data controller and Performance Vue acts as a data processor / service provider, processing that data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions, as described in our Terms of Service. A Data Processing Agreement for customers subject to the GDPR or similar laws is available on request at info@performancevue.com.

7. How long we keep data

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal, accounting, and audit purposes. Customer Data fetched from third-party systems is kept for as long as the integration is connected; on disconnection we delete or anonymize it within 60 days unless legally required to retain it longer.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), tenant-isolated storage with PostgreSQL row-level security, least-privilege IAM, and continuous monitoring (AWS GuardDuty, CloudTrail, AWS WAF). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise a right, email info@performancevue.com from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days (or sooner where the law requires).

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, and because analytics runs only with your consent (Section 4), we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising without it. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond to appeals within 60 days as the TDPSA requires.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain other regions have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

Performance Vue is a business product not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

11. International data transfers

Performance Vue is hosted in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Each version is identified by the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email or in-app notification.

13. Contact
