Refund Policy

Effective date: June 8, 2026 · Last updated: June 8, 2026

Performance Vue is a monthly subscription service. This page explains when we do — and don't — issue refunds. We've kept it plain and short on purpose.

1. Standard subscription fees

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. This is standard practice for SaaS products: you're paying for access to the service during that period, and that access is available to you whether or not you use it.

If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

2. Free trial

The Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected upfront but not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before day 14, you owe nothing. If you don't cancel, your card is charged on day 15 and the standard no-refund policy applies from that point.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings (Settings → Manage subscription) or by emailing info@performancevue.com.

3. Service outage credit

If Performance Vue is unavailable for 3 or more consecutive days due to our fault — meaning a problem on our end, not a third-party system you've connected or a scheduled maintenance window we've announced — we'll issue a pro-rated account credit for the affected days. The credit will be applied to your next invoice automatically.

To request a credit, email info@performancevue.com with your account email and the dates of the outage. We'll verify against our own records and respond within 5 business days.

4. Accidental charges after cancellation

If you were charged after you cancelled due to an error on our part, you're entitled to a full refund of that charge. Submit a written request to info@performancevue.com within 30 days of the charge, including your account email and a description of what happened. We'll investigate and, if confirmed, refund the full amount within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. How to request a refund

For any refund request covered above, email info@performancevue.com and include:

We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete any approved refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (processed via Stripe, Inc.).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer. Chargebacks are disruptive for both parties and often take longer to resolve than a direct refund request. If you believe a charge was incorrect, email us first — we respond quickly and will make it right if the charge was our error.

7. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Performance Vue LLC is a Texas limited liability company located at 3751 Main St., Suite 600 #167, The Colony, TX 75056.
